At Lotus Arts Nepal, every piece of art is hand-painted with care, dedication, and spiritual precision. As each item is uniquely crafted, we understand how important it is for our customers to feel confident in their purchase. This policy outlines our approach to refunds, returns, and exchanges.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

The artwork must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Non-returnable items include:

Custom or personalized Thangka paintings

Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer

Gift cards or downloadable items (if any)
How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return or exchange:

Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

We will respond within 48 hours with further instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.

In case of damaged goods, a full refund including return shipping costs will be issued.
International Orders
Due to the nature of international shipping, we are not responsible for customs delays or import taxes imposed by your country. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take extreme care in packaging our artwork. However, if your item arrives damaged:

We will either issue a full refund or send a replacement (for non-custom orders), depending on the case.
Custom Orders
Please note that custom orders are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective. We encourage open communication during the design phase to ensure satisfaction.
